We Provide
Street Outreach
We our first hand in the communities we serve offering on site services that include hygiene kits, testing kits, food water, clothing essentials, referral services and case management.
Support Groups
Monthly peer to peer support groups that allow those in need of a listening ear to come together to share and support.
Housing Support
We have Emergency Housing for youth ages 17 and under and transitional housing for families
Case Management
Once you join our family we make sure we hold your hand and refer as needed for mental health services, job placement, permanent housing, substance abuse and more.

This election year 2024. We are working to educate voters!
Rental Assistance
We assist individuals and families with eviction prevention. Paying landlords and providing supportive services like securing employment.

We believe in giving the best possible future to the underserved and unheard who have experienced the trauma of abuse, neglect, and abandonment. We aim to help those who don't know where to start and have never had the chance to thrive due to poverty, education, drugs, sexuality, military, and other situations that have held them back,in order to help them lead better lives.

Mission
At Growing Outreach Growing Opportunities Our mission is to create bridges while removing barriers for the underserved and the unheard, that impair the quality of life and access to care for low income, minorities, at risk youth, LGBTQIA2S+,and other at risk populations to ensure that will lead successful and meaningful lives. We will end generational poverty and homelessness!
Vision
We envision by 2027 there will be a drop in center that offers wrap around services within a 5 mile radius of every school , hospital, and public library in San Bernardino County.
